I haven't been updating this blog after the Chinese New Year and what was I doing then? Well, to speak the truth, I was very busy. The beginning of this year is a heavy year for me, I had many task to complete; I gave the term 'fire-fighting' to describe myself.
I had many deadlines to complete these weeks; assignments, programs, class, school, work, tuition, cell group, band etc and etc. Everytime I meet one deadline, the next deadline is just days ahead of me, its just like a fire-fighter who had just completed a wipeout and another place caught fire. I bet many would have argue about 能者多劳(literal translation: More work for the more abled). So deadlines after deadlines piled up like stacks of files that were left for me to complete; though all were completed on time. This had result in the imbalance in me which I had never experienced before; I started to become careless and forgetful, deadline conscious, impatient,and would become a freak at times of business.
Yesterday, I had another shock, a hairstylist from Jean Yip commented that I had experience hair loss and would soon become bald if I do not take good care about it. It was the first time I heard about my scalp condition. Aiyo, as a 'semi-vain' boy, I don't want to become the mediterenean!
To compensate my 'lost' time, I've decided to take a break from all things and pay back to my 'lost' zzz. Sleeping was my favourite pastime because its the most relaxing thing on earth.
The fire in my work will not cease sooner, so the fire-fighter will take up the hose and continue to fight fire tomorrow! Cheong-arghhhhh!
