Much awaited and timed effort, the Project 2008 is out! Project 2008 are plans and projects that Daune wanted to do for the year 2008. It has a main theme - The Discipline of Servanthood, something that Daune lacks at in 2007. To find out more about the 2007 plans and wishes, see the links below:

According to Daune, he had to spend a few days evaluating in different aspect of his life in 2007 that came up this Project 2008! So everyone that he encounters should benefit from this Project 2008.

 

~ Project 2008 ~ 

This year's project aimed at focusing in 5 areas, namely FPCBW  which stands for

Family

Personal Development

Christ Commission

Band Chinese

Work and Others

 

Family

1.  To spend at least 72 hours per week with my family.

2.  To spend 10 hours this year praying for my family's salvation.

 

Personal Development

1.  Complete New Testament in the first half of the year, Genesis to Psalm in the second half of the year.

2.  Spend at least 4.5 hours a week in getting closer to God through devotions and prayer for personal development.

3.  Read 5 books that are meant for Christian spiritual development.

4.  Attend at least 10 hours of 培灵聚会

5.  Spend at least 80 hours sharing accounting to my spiritual buddy.

6.  Read 2 books that are meant for personal development programme.

7.  Spend 5 hours reading lecture notes / work per week.

8.  Spend 4 hours every week lunching with friends.

9.  Have at least 50 hours of sleep / rest every week.

10.Spend 15 hours fellowshipping with BPGC and NTUCCF brethrens.

11.Technical Skills upgrade: such as skills from Huey and driving.

12.Spend at least 4 hours per month being a personal counsellors to younger Christians or friends.

13.Finish up 《豆浆油条》and start a new story.

14.Attend 15 sessions of Prayer meeting.

 

Christ Commission

BPGC Philippians:

1.  Spend 0.5 hour to pray for all the Philippians.

2.  Have 2 sessions a month of fellowship to catch up with my fellow Philippians.

3.  Pray for and share with the Philippian leaders / teachers once every month.

BPGC Children Sunday School:

4.  Spend 0.5 hour praying for my P3 & P4 kids.

5.  Spend at least 2 hours every lesson week to prepare lesson.

6.  Care for the spiritual, physical and mental growth of the children.

7.  Spend 10 mins after each lesson to talk to the kids in my class.

BPGC Band:

8.  Learn as many techniques in the band as possible from mentors.

9.  Being a good example for fellow band younger band members.

10.Growing together with my band members spiritually and technically.

SVPS - Fun Factory and Party @ GFSC:

11.Spend 0.5 hours praying for this ministry.

12.Help out in this ministry whenevery possible.

13.Pray for the children in South View Primary School.

NTUCCF:

14.Continue to work as a good sservant in NTUCCF>

15.Challenge young CFers to take up servant role in NTUCCF.

16.Teaching younger Christians in NTU and to guide them spiritually.

 

Band Chinese 茶霓思乐团

1.  Spend at least 2 hours every month talking to fellow band members.

2.  Spend 15 mins per week praying for this student work.

3.  Develop the band into a more mature and technical team.

4.  Look out for band successor.

 

Work and Others

Tuition:

1.  Pray for the salvation of this children

2.  Being a personal counsellor to the youth.

3.  Living a life as a live mentor to them.

CCIC:

4.  Being a good example for my colleagues

5.  Spend 6 hours per week working with a focused heart.

 

This will be printed to allow Daune to follow closely. It will be a war of discipline and laziness. Please pray for me as well.
