Have you ever taken a train and met somebody so irritated that you wish he would never appear in your life before? Well, Irritate D has one experience just today. Let irritate D recount this weirdo experience:
Irritate D arranged to meet his mates for a kbox session today to celebrate both CK and HB's birthday. Irritate D board up the train and as he was being late; irritate D managed to find a seat at the two-seater corner of the train. So he sat down. Another office lady sat down beside irritate D minutes later. Just as the journey were smooth and everything went on well, a plump man (size bigger than irritate D) stepped in. He stood in front of both irritate D and the OL, glaring at the two of them. Soon, he requested the OL to give him the seat, however, the seat opposite both irritate D and the OL seemed to be vacant. Being a nice lady, the OL gave up her seat to allow that man to sit down. When that man sat down, the first thing, he did was to spread his legs so wide that its felt ike packed sardine for irritate D. Imagine the picture of smeone being squeeze in the two-seater seat. Irritate D could hardly open his legs, though he felt the discomfort, he still sat there and read his newspaper. The next thing that man did was to switch on the songs in his mobile and played it as loud as the handphone could hold, this greatly disturbed irritate D, he was irritated. He made an excuse to left the seat and prefer to stand somewhere away from that man. The moment irritate D left his seat, that man quickly put his bag on the seat that irritate D left, not allowing anyone to sit. So a double blow for irritate D. The final blow comes when the stood up upon arrival at the next station, and walked towards the end of the cabin. There were no signs of him getting down the train, irritate D was irritated, very irritated by such actions. To irritate D's surprise he went to do so at the other seats! Dun you share the same sentiment as irritate D?
Such weirdos in the MRT are not seen prevalently in Singapore. However, people are getting weirder and weirder. The MRT culture in Singapore is getting from bad to worse, people are getting more selfish (such as leaning on the metal pole disallowing people to hold onto it, refusal to give up seats to the needy, not allowings alighting passengers to alight first). Such culture should be looked unto it and rectify it!
Nitez everyone! ;-)
Daune,
