Sick Handphone

my sony ericsson z520i appeared in a blank screen on the 1st day of 2007. I wasn't quite sure why it went 'sick' that day. So I had no choice but to send it to service today (thankfully, i sent it for service before the warranty expires on the 16th this month).

Went to the Toh Guan Road service centre, there were many people there. I got my queue ticket at around 3.10pm and I was told an estimated time to be 35 mins. To my surprise, I had to stand and wait till 4pm before I was called, and I mean literally stand. They shouldn't have made me wait for 50 mins if they mentioned about the estimated waiting time to be 35 mins.

My second surprise was, the service counter who served me weren't as courteous and polite as I expect from a service line. As this is my only phone left for my friends to contact me, I was anxious that I no one could contact me (I borrowed my mum's phone tentatively which she too has to use it) via my existing phone. After I expressed my concern, not only she was unempathetic, she even try to brush me off by giving me an excuse that I wasn't convince: she mention that it may take more than one week to get it done due to the Taiwan earthquake. Earthquake? wat does tt got to do wif my phone problem? well... a bad customer service that i received. its ok, at least they took my case down. ;-)
