::: Justin and Clara's Wedding :::

25 Nov 2006, is a big day for our dear Justin and Clara! Its their wedding day. Clara is my very good spiritual mentor and I learn alot from her! So her Big Day will naturally be a Big day for most of her friends, because of this Day, I specially schedule my exams to end before the 25th so I can concentrate in helping out the wedding! My mum ask me what I was doing and below is our conversation;

Mum: "What are u going to do @ your friend's wedding?"

Me: "Car Park Attendant (Should be Usher for Car but I dunno how to put it in a simpler term) and buffet i/c."

Mum: "Huh! Car Park attendant!?!?"

Me: "They need people to direct them to park at the correct spot. Its church wedding lei, so must park properly, later TP come I die!"

Thank God that there were no major incident that day and everyone was please with the food arrangement and the parking arrangement. Ken, Zheng Wei, Peng Swee, Chin Yew and Johnson helped me alot in this car park and food! I'm very blessed to have them around. The 'xiong' part comes when we have to pack up the place. But tt's over le!

Wedding Dinner
Went with Uncle Freddie, Auntie Bao Zhu and Hsiao Ling to the wedding Dinner. All of us thought that we will be late as it was written on the invitation card that it states 7pm! We reached there around 7.15pm but we were 'too' early, not many people were there yet! We were all feeling very cold, so we ask for hot tea, the waiter came puring a hot glass of tea in a wine cup. I expressed my curiosity over it and asked Hsiao Ling:

Me: "They shortage of cups is it? Why they use wine glass to pour hot tea?"

Hsiao: "Dunno! You ask them lah!"

Me: "Dun want lah! Later I embarassed myself!" (I'm a very 'thin-skin' person)

Mintues Later when the same waiter came refilling Hsiao Ling's cup of tea.

Hsiao: (Talking to the waiter) "This gentlemen ask why you guys put Hot Tea in a wine glass?"

Waiter: "I also dunno!"

'Pengz!' Haha! I think they're trying to save cup bah! I very scared that the glass would crack due to hot temperature of the tea but thankfully it didn't. So the dinner started at around 8.30pm (I dunno why Singapore wedding dinner always start so late!) So we went to toast the bride and groom with the traditional 'yum sengs' on stage.

Yuan Jin: "Yum ~~~~~~~~~~ Seng! Bai Nian Hao He! (Together Forever)"

YP: "Yum ~~~~~~~~~~ Seng! Yong Jie Tong Xin! (Hearts are one)"

YP: "Yum ~~~~~~~~~~ Seng! Nian Nian You Yu?!?!?! (Prosperous or extra for every year)"

The whole crowd was stunned, 'Nian Nian You Yu' was only meant to be said during chinese New Year, that wishes the person to have extra every year, it also meant the person to be prosperous. Anyway, dun ask me who YP is here, you go and find out yourself.

The girls decided to make fun of the weds, so this is their initial plan (I assume is plan by YP as she's the wackiest among us and this part was narrated to me through Si Min) :

YP: "We shall blindfold Justin and send some girls up there. Ask Justin to touch the legs of the girls and feel it to see which is Clara's. While we blindfold Justin, we change the girls to guys. Imagine Justin had to touch the hairy legs of guys! Hahaha! "

Well finally they change their plan slightly, by touching hands instead. But it was fun instead. And the wed concluded the fun by singing 'Give Thanks' to give glory to the King up high!

In conclusion, we have a great day that day! ;-)
