LoVe FoR eVeRyThInG

Perhaps this 2 weeks have 4 duties to cover, I started to develop a bad temper. I'm still controlling as I knew the person who assigned the duties to me did not do it intentionally. Things weren't be perfect if humans starts to complain here and there. Recently I heard someone complaining "How much I dislike this person?, Why I dislike this person? and How this person mistreated me?" It was no surprise as I had heard this serveal times in several areas while some might be extreme while some are mere complains. It gave me an insight and thought - Why do humans complain? Are they the only ones being mistreated? How about themselves, are they mistreating others?

I remembered giving answers to some friends of mine who came to ask of my opinion about someone they dislike, how much I feel about these people. I would tell them "If I can stand you, I don't see the reason why I can't stand him". The answer somehow seemed provoking, am I saying the person who complained to me bad? -a Yes/No answer.

Human beings tend to look at people at their bad sides, lest being appreciative. They tend to look at areas where people mistreat them and would find reasons to find fault with them. While they are times they forlook the reality that they themselves are these kind of people too. Look at how they(we) treat other people, we tend to look at people's disadvantage as something very big and needs to rectify, our own negatives as a small matter on the other hand, without considering the actual fact that all are bad and needs to be rectified at once.

Love is sth that we have to look deeper into. Love for one another, the love for your colleagues, friends; includes acceptance, encouragement, forgiveness etc... Are we able to practice that?

I once overheard a conversation by someone that he wasn't in the wrong or right position, but sth that I would like to share is the way he answers to that situation, he commented "我就是我，我从小学就是这样了，管他呢！" literal translate means "I am who I am since young(kind of attitude), who cares him!"

Working in a pleasant environment, needs love in it. Love in here means the ability to accept one another. We have to accept people with negative or selfish thoughts in a team but they can't practise it in a team. Else the team will fail, even if there are successes, its only for a short period; Grudges and hatred will come after all.

It is there my wish of working in a pleasant environment, to love my colleagues even they are unlovely (at times), live a cheerful life. Cheers!
