Background
It was some thrilling thing as ITI welcomes her first group of NSmen which solely belongs to her. The idea came about somehow last year, where commanders felt the need of having cyberwarrior to assist the battalion in their war game planning using the software JCATS. It was further explored when CSF came into office late January. 300 over names came from the NSCC, allowing us to select a number of 160 cyberwarriors to take part in this pioneering program.

Preparation
I received order from the boss, to draft out a survey and a letter to the cyberwarrior requesting their opinion and seek their consent in joining as a cyberwarrior. I came out with a commercialise DISC survey, where will gauge on their leadership and capability. It got it printed out into copies, vetted and took envelopes from various units of TGC. I remembered I got a scolding from TWO for printing 1000 over pieces of paper and the working throughout days, OTs just for this. Printing, putting into envelop then send it out.

Letters came back shortly where I received about 133 positive replies. Although this had fall short of the requirement, the plan still goes on. I consolidated the survey, and presented the nominal roll, to that extent, I was
even tasked to call up some eligible NSmen who yet to reply.

As the ICT is drawing nearer, I was tasked to assist Rajagopal for the admin and logistics matters. It was not easy as many ppl had bad relationship with him. There were even times I had to try to pacify them to get the job done. Many issues which were unforeseen by him eventually became my big problem, I had to tackle them one by one which added to my work. And that particular week somehow wasn't a nice week, where everyone seemed pressurised, as unsightly words and temper seemed to flare out everywhere and everyone I met.

ICT
Started on Monday morning, met the unfamiliar faces of cyberwarriors. I was very excited yetworried because this was my first time doing this ICT. I had work on other things too. Primarily I was told to be one of the instructors, but as the workload comes, my primary job had no choice but to give way.

I see that they are very interesting people. They enjoyed the session, and I enjoy 'serving' them as a clerk.

The peak of the ICT should be on both Wednesday and Thursday, where I truly get to know them better.

It is more than words to describe the joy in this ICT. Everyone plays an important part to make this program a successful one. Thank You!

Future CW Direction
As the ICT just ended. I need time to re-adjust and settle the aftermath of this ICT. There'll be 7 more such ICTs coming till March 06. Hopefully I can truly enjoy these CW ICTs.
